Great project managers have an attitude and desire to continually achieve new
successes. Most project managers know what they must do, but some may not have
the confidence, self-esteem or drive to get it done. Creating a personal direction and
personal vision is the critical first step to developing the ability to lead others.
This program provides fundamental leadership knowledge and skills that strengthen
your ability to use your core technical and management skills. Leading yourself requires
honest self-recognition, esteem, motivation and management. People will follow you
only when you demonstrate that you have a firm direction that you fully understand and
are committed to success.
Who should attend?
Practicing project managers looking for ways to boost their leadership capability and
strengthen control of the project and stakeholders.
