I. PRINCIPAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION


Collaborates with the MIS Director in the creation of the schools e-books for the High School
Department and editing of graphics images for the said content and the web site.
II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Collects and assembles type styles and images, such as illustrations, photographs and
drawings, to create a visual design in a computer or on paper.
2. Deliver ideas and information through visual communications.
3. Design different types of layouts & illustrations, web design layout & typography
4. according to brand guidelines
5. Work on multitasks at the same time using a wide range of medias, including photography
and computer aided design.
6. Awareness of printing techniques, types of paper or canvas (size, weight) and display
options (light box, interactive display), cutting and finalizing prints for display.
7. Knowledge of graphic animation, video editing, needs to now to create media presentations
using different software.
8. Knowledge of photography and photography editing, producing accurate and high quality
work.
9. Produce visual solutions to the communication needs using a mix of creative skills and
commercial awareness.
10. Awareness of current fashions in the visual arts, working knowledge of the latest computer
packages and an understanding of material costs and time limits, all of which can impact on
the design.
11. Creates professional designs and layouts for e-books and promotional materials including
handouts, advertisements, posters, signs, logos, and other visual layouts.
12. Prepare new and unique illustrations, innovative layout prints and rough sketches of
presentation and organization
13. brochures and designs graphics for website in line with branding guidelines
14. Determines style, technique, and medium best suited to organization promotion strategies.
15. Assists in copywriting as necessary and performs typesetting for forms and publications.
16. Keeps abreast of current trends in same field by conducting the necessary researches.

III. JOB SPECIFICATION


Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in any computer related program.
Experience in: Graphics Editing, Animation, iBooks Authorware and 3D Graphics /Rendering
Knowledge of: Different of system software utilities, Wired or wireless networking.
Skill in: Technical Expertise, Creativity, Flexibility, Initiative, Communication Skills, Interpersonal
Skills.
Ability to: Create conceptualize graphics as needed. High-level of artistic talent in terms of creating
and editing images.
