Essay: Is it really impossible to fail? Are some failures simply unsuccessful attempts to accomplish what
we set out to do, or do all failures ultimately provide some benefit, even if we cant see it right away?
Failure is a concept derived from a persons unsuccessful attempt to accomplish what they had set out
to do. For some, this is a rare occurrence, making a miniscule effect on the person concerned, while
others, namely myself, see failure as a recurring theme, determined to make their life akin to that of a
living hell. But is this failure truly a failure, could it not ultimately provide some, if not, any benefit at all?
As a person that has been tormented by failure all his life with nothing to show for it, I can safely say
that failures are nothing more than Gods way of saying I hate you.
Whenever I had earned the respected title of failure, what had happened afterwards? I went home,
sulked about my low scores, studied so I wouldnt fail again, slept, went to school and failed again. Rinse
and repeat. Every single day is a new failure, just in a different shade or color. But in the end, no shade
or color could substitute the fact that Ive done something wrong. A downward spiral of lowering self
esteem along with a dwindling morale makes for a bleak future sure never to be returned from. The
cycle of failure ensures a permanent lodging when the person in question has all but given up on their
hopes and dreams, opting for another way out, something to help themselves. But theres nothing they
can do, failure is simply permanent, never providing the sweet bliss of satisfaction. Failure is all the same,
a reminder of the lack of success one possesses. No rhyme or rhythm to the bottomless pit.
Failure is not a deep concept that people should concern them with. Its simply a failure, no ifs or buts
about it.
