AndersonbackinDecember1997,whenAnnewas
firstcontactedaboutthediscoveryofthe
WingMakers'timecapsule.Thesearetheexact
transcriptsfromhertaperecordedinterviewsand
areprobablythebestwaytounderstandthe
natureofthediscoveryanditsimplications.There
arethreeadditionalinterviewtranscriptsthatwill
beaddedtothesiteassoonasAnneisable.Atthe
present(July1998),Dr.Andersonhasnotbeen
heardfromfornearly5months,butitishoped
thatadditionalinterviewswillbeabletobe
conductedinthenearfuture.

December27,1997.Hegavepermissionformetorecordhis
answerstomyquestions.Thiswasthefirstoffive
interviewsthatIwasabletotaperecordbeforeheleftor
disappeared.Ihavepreservedthesetranscriptspreciselyas
theyoccurred.Noeditingwasperformed,andI'vetriedmy
besttoincludetheexactwordsandgrammarusedbyDr.

"Areyoucomfortable?"
Dr.Anderson:
"Yes,yes,I'mfineandreadytobeginwhenyouare."
Anne:
"You'vemadesomeremarkableclaimswithrespecttothe
AncientArrowproject.Canyoupleaserecountwhatyour
involvementinthisprojectwasandwhyyouchosetoleave
itofyourownfreewill?"

"Iwasselectedtoparticipateinthedecodingandtranslation
ofthesymbolpicturesfoundatthesite.Ihaveaknown
expertiseinlanguagesandancienttexts.Iamabletospeak
over30differentlanguagesfluentlyandanother12orso
languagesthatareofficiallyextinct.Becauseofmyskillsin
linguisticsandmyabilitiestodecodesymbolpictureslike
petroglyphsorhieroglyphs,Iwaschosenforthistask.
"IhadbeeninvolvedintheAncientArrowprojectfromits
veryinception,whentheACIOtookovertheprojectfrom
theNSA.Iwasinitiallyinvolvedinthesitediscoveryandits
restorationalongwithateamof7otherscientistsfromthe
ACIO.Werestoredeachofthe23chambersofthe
WingMakers'timecapsuleandcatalogedalloftheir
attendantartifacts.
"Astherestorationwascompleted,Ibecameincreasingly
focusedondecodingtheirpeculiarlanguageanddesigning
thetranslationindexestoEnglish.Itwasaparticularly
vexingprocessbecauseanopticaldiscwasfoundinthe23rd
chamberanditwasimpregnabletoourtechnologies.We
assumedthattheopticaldischeldmostoftheinformation
thattheWingMakersdesiredustoknowaboutthem.
However,wecouldn'tfigureouthowtoapplythesymbol
picturesfoundintheirchamberpaintingstounlockthedisc.
"IdecidedtoleavetheprojectafterIwassuccessfulin
deducingtheaccesscodefortheopticaldisc.Shortly
thereafterIbecameawareofwhatIcanonlydescribeasthe
presenceoftheWingMakers.Ifeltasthoughtheywere
visitingme...evenassistingmeinmywork..."

"Whenyousay'visitingyou',whatevidencedidyouhave
thattheWingMakersmightbevisitingyou?"

"Iwasspending70hoursperweekworkingonthedecoding
formulasforthesymbolpictures,andthiswentonforabout
8months.DuringthistimeItriedeveryconceivable
combinationtocreateanaccesscodetotheopticaldisc.I
wasconvinceditwastheonlywaytoopenit.Iwasalso
convincedthatitwaspurposelymadetobedifficult,atleast
toourpresentdaybrains.Itwasalmostasthoughthe
struggletodecodetheirlanguagewasexercisingapartof
mybrainornervoussystemthatwasenablingmeto
communicatewiththem.
"Ibegantohearthemspeakingtome.Itbeganasawordor
two...thenasentence...maybejustonceaday.Itdidn't
makemuchsense...whatIheard.ButthenonedayIwas
workingonachamberpaintingandIsawsomethingmovein
thepainting.Oneofthesymbolsmovedanditwas
absolutelynotanillusionortrickofthelight.ThenIrealized
thattheWingMakerscouldinteractwithme,thattheywere
timetravelingtomytimeandthatsomehowtheirpaintings
wereactuallyportalsinwhichtheymovedthroughtime.

"ItwasthenIbegantoheartheirinstructions,ormore
precisely,theirthoughts.Iwasgivenmentalimagesonhow
tousetheSumerianlanguagetodecodetheirownsymbol
pictures.IthoughtIwaspossiblygoingcrazy.Ifeltlikemy
mindwasplayingtricksonme...thatIwasworkingtoo
hardandneededtotakeaholiday,butIlistenedtothevoices
becauseitseemedplausiblewhatIwasbeinginstructedto
do.WhenIfinishedwiththeaccesscodeanditworked,I
knewthenthatIwasindeedcommunicatingwiththem.

"Didyoutellanyone?Imeanaboutthefactthatyouwere
communicatingwiththeWingMakers?"
Dr.Anderson:
"Ikeptitasecret.Iwasn'tsurehowIwouldbeableto
explainthephenomenonandIdidn'twanttoarouse
suspicions,soIwentaboutmybusinessandbegan
developingthetranslationindexesforthe8,110pagesoftext
thatwasdiscoveredwithintheopticaldisc.Itwasessential
thatwehadaletterforletterindexinordertoretainthe
meaningoftheirlanguage...wecalledthistranslation
granularity.AndasIstartedtheprocessoftranslatingthe
opticaldisc,Ibegantoseefragmentimagesofthe
WingMakers...sortoflikeaholographicimagethatwould
appearandthendisappearinamatterofseconds.

atnightandtoldmethatIhadbeenselectedtobetheir
liaisonorspokesperson.OfcourseIaskedthemwhymeand
notFifteen,andtheysaidthatFifteenwasunabletospeak
forthembecausehewasalreadythepawnoftheCorteum."

"Fifteenisageniusofunparalleledintelligenceand
knowledge.He'stheleaderoftheLabyrinthGroupandhas
beensinceitsinceptionin1963.Hewasonly22yearsold

specificallytheNSAtocooperatewithanETspecies
commonlycalledtheGreysinexchangefortheir
cooperationtostayhiddenandconducttheirbiological

bungledtechnologytransferprogram,butthat'sanotherstory
...However,notalltheGreyswereoperatingwithina
unifiedagenda.TherewerecertaingroupsofGreysthat
lookeduponhumansinmuchthesamewayaswelookupon
laboratoryanimals.
"They'reabductinghumansandanimals,andhavebeenfor
thepast48years...they'reessentiallyconducting
biologicalexperimentstodeterminehowtheirgeneticscan
bemadetobecompatiblewithhumanandanimalgenetic
structure.Theirinterestsarenotentirelyunderstood,butif
youaccepttheirstatedagenda,it'stoperpetuatetheir
species.Theirspeciesisnearingextinctionandthey're
fearfulthattheirbiologicalsystemlackstheemotional
developmenttoharnesstheirtechnologicalprowessina
responsiblemanner.
"FifteenwasapproachedbytheGreysinhisroleatthe
ACIO,andtheydesiredtoprovideafullscaletechnology
transferprogram,butFifteenturnedthemdown.Hehad
alreadyestablishedaTTPwiththeCorteum,andfeltthatthe
Greysweretoofracturedorganizationallytomakegoodon
theirpromises.Furthermore,theCorteumtechnologywas
superiorinmostregardstotheGreys...withthepossible
exceptionoftheGreys'memoryimplantandtheirgenetic
hybridizationtechnologies.
"However,FifteenandtheentireLabyrinthGroupcarefully
consideredanalliancewiththeGreysiffornootherreason
thantohavedirectcommunicationwithregardtotheirstated
agenda.Fifteenlikedtobeintheknow...soeventuallywe
didestablishanalliance,whichconsistedofamodest
informationexchangebetweenus.Weprovidedthemwith

accesstoourinformationsystemsrelativetogenetic

"TheGreys,andmostextraterrestrialsforthatmatter,
communicatewithhumansexclusivelythroughaformof
telepathy,whichwecalledsuggestivetelepathybecauseto
usitseemedthattheGreyscommunicatedinasuchaway
thattheyweretryingtoleadaconversationtoaparticular
end.Inotherwords,theyalwayshadanagenda,andwe
werenevercertainifwewereapawnoftheiragendaorwe
arrivedatconclusionsthatwereindeedourown.

usedcommunicationtomanipulateoutcomestotheirown

wascomprehensiveorintegraltoouroperationsateitherthe
ACIOortheLabyrinthGroup."

"Idon'tbelieveso.Theyweregenerallyconvincedthat
humanswerenotcleverenoughtocloaktheiragendas.Our
analysiswasthattheGreyshadinvasivetechnologiesthat
gavethemafalsesenseofsecurityastotheirenemy's
weaknesses.AndI'mnotsayingthatwewereenemies,but
wenevertrustedthem.Andthistheyundoubtedlyknew.
TheyalsoknewthattheACIOhadtechnologiesand
intellectsthatweresuperiortothemainstreamhuman
population,andtheyhadamodicumofrespectperhaps
evenfearofourabilities.

technologiesorengagedthemindeepdialoguesconcerning
cosmologyornewphysics.Theywereclearlyinterestedin
ourinformationdatabasesandthiswastheirprimaryagenda
withrespecttotheACIO.Fifteenwastheprimaryinterface
withtheGreysbecausetheysensedacomparableintellectin

"HowdidFifteenbecometheleaderofboththeACIOand
theLabyrinthGroup?"

"HewastheDirectorofResearchin1958whentheCorteum
firstbecameknowntotheACIO.Inthisposition,hewasthe
logicalchoicetoassesstheirtechnologyanddetermineits
valuetotheACIO.TheCorteuminstantlytookalikingto

"Thepropheciesweremadebyavarietyofpeoplewhoare,
forthemostpart,unknownoranonymous,soifItoldyou
theirnamesyouwouldhavenorecognition.Yousee,time
travelcanbeaccomplishedbythesoulfroman
observationallevel...thatistosay,thatcertainindividuals
canmoveintherealmofwhatwecallverticaltimeandsee
futureeventswithgreatclarity,buttheyarepowerlessto
changethem.Therearealsothoseindividualswhohave,in
ouropinion,comeintocontactwiththeWingMakersandare
providedmessagesaboutthefuture,whichtheyhad
recordedinsymbolpicturesorextinctlanguageslike
Sumerian,Mayan,andChakobsan.

consistentstrandsorthemesthatweretooccurintheearly
partofthe21stcentury,aroundtheyear2011.Chiefamong
thesewastheinfiltrationofthemajorgovernmentsofthe

alienracewasapredatorracewithextremelysophisticated

dilutedversionsofthisverysameprophecyinourreligious
texts,it'sjustthatthealienraceisportrayedastheantichrist

Thisformoftheprophecywasacceptabletothegatekeepers
ofthesetexts,andsotheyallowedaformoftheprophecyto
bedistributed,butthenotionofanalienracewas

"ThisisaverycomplicatedsubjectandIcouldspenda
wholedayjustacquaintingyouwiththegeneralstructureof
thiscontrolofinformation.Mostoftheworld'smajor

librarieshavecollectionsofinformationthatarenot
availabletothegeneralpublic.Onlyscholarsareauthorized
toreviewthesematerials,andusuallyonlyonsite.Inthe
sameway,therearemanuscriptsthatwerecontroversialand
positedtheoriesthatweresharplydifferentthantheaccepted
beliefsystemsoftheirday.Thesemanuscriptsorwritings
werebanishedbyavarietyofsources,includingtheVatican,
universities,governments,andvariousinstitutions.
"Thesewritingsaresoughtoutbysecretorganizationsthat
haveamissiontocollectandretainthisinformation.These
organizationsareverypowerfulandwellfunded,andthey
canpurchasetheseoriginalmanuscriptsforarelativelysmall
amountofmoney.Mostofthewritingsarebelievedtobe
hocuspocusanyway,solibrariesareoftenverywillingto
partwiththemforanendowmentormodestcontribution.
Also,mostoftheseareoriginalwritingshavingneverbeen
published,beingthattheyoriginatedfromatimebeforethe
printingpress.
"Thereisanetworkofsecretorganizationsthatareloosely
connectedthroughthefinancialmarketsandtheirinterestsin
worldlyaffairs.Theyaregenerallycentersofpowerforthe
monetarysystemswithintheirrespectivecountries,andare
