NOTICE is hereby given that we are investigating title of our clients M/S K.K.
Krishnan Construtions Pvt. Ltd. who have instructed us to investigate their
title of their property at (i) Survey no. 368, Hissa No.11, Corresponding to C.T.S
Nos.2806 to 2809 and (ii) Survey No. 346, Hissa No.2, corresponding to C.T.S
Nos. 3042, 3042/1 to 4, admeasuring in the aggregate to 289.00 Sq.mtrs. or
thereabout, situated, being and lying at village Kolekalyan, Taluka Andheri,
Mumbai suburban District and more particularly described in the Schedule
hereunder written and to certify the same as clear, marketable and free from
encumbrances,
Any person/persons claiming any share, right , title, interest, or demand to or
in the said property or any part thereof by way of sale, exchange, mortgages,
gift, trust, inheritance, possession, easement, lease, assignment or otherwise
howsoever are therefore requested to intimate the same to the undersigned in
writing within 7 days from the date of publication hereof along with
documentary evidence at 11/84, 2nd floor, Janmabhoomi Marg, Fort, Mumbai400 001
Schedule hereto below will be completed without reference to such claims and
the claims/s, if any, of such person/s shall be treated as waived and not
binding upon our clients.
