CONFIRMATION INFORMATIONAL
MEETING
SUNDAY, JANUARY 11, 4:30pm,
DOWNS HALL
Confirmation is an opportunity for youth grades 7-12 to
affirm a new commitment - a new covenant relationship
between a young person and Christs body, the church.
Confirmation also makes young people aware of how
God is and has been at work in their lives, even before
they were old enough to realize it. There will be an informational meeting on Sunday, January 11th at 4:30pm
in Downs Hall. Classes run from Sunday, February 1stMay 17th and include a weekend retreat at Potosi Pines
March 13th -15. Please contact Kristin Messenger
at ekjamessenger@cox.net or Julie Schreiber at
desertspringyouth@gmail.com if you are planning to
attend the meeting or have questions concerning Confirmation.
