Dont Know What to Resolve?

With the New Year fast approaching, people find

themselves thinking of ways to better themselves, at
least for a few weeks. If you are one of those perfect
individuals and cant think of any thing you need to
change here a few resolutions for you.
Finish a chap-stick. Or, at least, try not to lose it.
Dont send a text to someone sitting in the next
room or the same room.
Try taking a selfie that looks like a picture of an actual
person
Try coming up with a new creative excuse for playing
hooky. Im getting sick and my Aunt died are
getting a little old and are transparent.
Case your house so you know how the robber will get
in when they try.
Dont save your fortune cookie message like its going
to guide you towards the light, or save you when
youre in the dumps.
Depending on what stage you are in life: Dont Puke
and Rally.
Walk, wherever youre walking, without staring at,
using, or listening to your phone.
Dont be convinced by that 2am infomercial. That
NuWaves calling me.
Dont drunk dial, text, or Snapchat.
Dont pick your nose in your car. You never know
whos watching.
Dont do so much foot cleaning.

Chicago Bears let go of head coach Marc Trestman and

general manager Phil Emery, after a completed season of
5-11.
San Francisco 49ers got an early start stating on Sunday
that the team and head coach Jim Harbaugh mutually
agreed to part ways after a disappointing 8-8 season

Letter to the Buzz

NVCCA- Past, Now, Future.....

As a Due Diligent Clarion, I feel the need to

ring the bell of warning to those At Risk.

1. What happens to the judgments, bills, and
contracts that were never satisfied by the original
North Valley County Condo Association?
Are they merely forgotten and swept under the
carpet? Can Mr. Bethea answer these issues? What
does the Law say?

2. Should there be a Clear Separation of
NVCCA business and any members personal assets?
If not, could some Conflict of Interest acts be
considered Extortion, Embezzlement, or Fraud?
Did this happen in past history of NVCCA?

3. Does the initial small group of investors/
developers meeting that started back up NVCCA
determine who the Directors and Managers will be?
By incorporating NVCCA is liability of investors/
developers and Directors limited?

4. What provided services are planned, what
exactly are the reasons and goals of re-forming
NVCCA? Is this not required to be answered when
filing for Incorporation in Montana? This is public
information.
CONCLUSION: As evidence of Good Ethics
and Fair and Equitable efforts, shouldnt these
questions be adequately answered?
~ Nick Chiechi - St.Marie resident and NVCCA
member
