Chapter 5 Data Configuration

5.1 About This Manual
This chapter introduces the data configuration of the maintenance terminal.
This chapter covers the following sections.
Section

Describes

5.2 Introduction

The data configuration of the maintenance

terminal

5.3 Displaying the Data

Configuration Window

How to display the data configuration window

5.4 Configuring the Board Data

How to configure the board data

5.5 Configuring the Reference

Source

5.6 Configuring System

Parameters

How to configure the system parameters

5.2 Introduction
There is no BITS configuration data on the maintenance terminal of the SYNLOCK V3. After an NE is selected and the data configuration window is displayed, the
maintenance terminal downloads the configuration data from the BITS. In this way, the data on the maintenance terminal can be consistent with that on the BITS.
You can also query the BITS configuration data through the data configuration window.

5.3 Displaying the Data Configuration Window

I. Description
This operation enables you to display the data configuration window.

II. Prerequisite
Before the operation, make sure that:
The maintenance terminal software is installed.
You have logged in to the system and BITS as a maintainer or an administrator.

l
l

III. Procedure
Step
1

Action
Double click the Data configuration node on the navigation tree to display the Select NE dialog box.
