4-way valve for Compact

Data
Max working pressure 350 bar (5000 psi).
Max ow 1000 l/min (260 gal/min.).
Pilot pressure 5-25 bar (70-355 psi).
Max:
The valve is designed for use with Compact motors type CA
and CB. The valve is mounted on the motor, using the included
adapter.

Function
Direction and ow size are controlled by proportional pilot pressure of 5-25 bar in ports "X1 and X2".
The pilot valve should be installed as close as possible to the main valve.
The main ow is propotionally controlled by pilot pressure in connection "X1 and X2". The main ow is
closed when the pilot pressure is below 5 bar.
For lowering of load there is a pilot operated counter balance valve.

Operation
The hydraulic operated directional proportional valve consist of a main body and two proportional trottle
cartridge valves controlled by proportional pressure 5-25 bar.
For lowering of load there is a pilot operated counterbalance.
Lowering
Inlet ports for main ow is port P and T2 is the outlet port.
When port X2 is pressurized by a proportional pilot pressure there will be a proportional ow from P to
Cm.
The counterbalance (3) valve keeps the load under control during lowering operations by the counterbalance spool which is piloted by pressure in the Cm port and open for ow from Am to T2 and is fully open
at 28 bar.
Hoisting
Inlet ports for high pressure are always P port and T2 outlet.
When port X1 is pressurized by a pilot pressure of 5 to 25 bar there will be a proportional ow from P to
Am.
The pilot pressure will also open, the pilot operated checkvalve (4) and open for ow from port Cm to
port T2.
The valve is available in one conguration:
