Mr Sudipto Ghosh is currently working with Inspectorate Griffith India
Private Limited as Senior Executive (Environment Business) and also
looking after ESG Environmental Services India Private Limited. He had
also worked for Government of Madhya Pradesh, Education Institute and
both National and International Organizations. He is a competent business
developer and strategic planner, and displayed successful product
development and marketing capabilities.

EXPERIENCE
July’08 to till date Senior Executive (Environment Business) for
Inspectorate Griffith India Private Limited to
upgrade and develop the existing inspection
laboratories into Government of India recognised
environmental laboratories. Also looking after
developing CDM in Papua New Guinea in collaboration
with Inspectorate Griffith’s Global and Australian
offices.
Mar'08 to till date Forestry and Environment Specialist for ESG
Environmental Services India Private Limited;
responsible for all forestry, environmental, livelihood,
CSR and social projects. Current responsibilities also
includes business development, liaising with clients,
finance and administration of the company. Handled
clients like Reliance Energy, Dalmia Sugar Limited,
Greenply, IL&FS, IGSSS-ECHO, CPCB, Sesa Goa, Span
Consultants Pvt. Ltd. and S.K. Sarawagi & Co.(P) Ltd.
Oct ’06 to Nov’07 Consultant of MAS Environomics India Pvt Ltd;
responsible for identification and realization of
investments for European Carbon Fund (ECF) in India in
the emerging market of CDM and Carbon Credits,
providing quotations for CERs, primary appraisal and
liaising. Helping ECF in restructuring their pricing
strategy for India and also remodelling their market
assessment methodology.
Mar ’06 to Oct ‘06 Consultant of ERM India Pvt Ltd; team member for
“Potential of Alternative Fuels” Project, funded by GOF,
UK and preparation of research and project
documents, workshops, and liaising with CII, MoPNG,
DOD, SIAM and private players.
Aug ’05 to Feb ’06 Organisation set-up of ARROW Foundation, Bhopal
(an NGO); responsible for business development, staff
recruitment and allocation of work, monitoring and
evaluation of all the departments, preparation of
Projects and fund raising. Liaising with other NGOs and
Government Departments.

Feb ’05 to Aug ’05 Research Fellow in IIFM, working in the ICCF project.
Responsible for developing business plans for Micro-
enterprises based on Non-Timber Forest Produces and
Ecotourism through community participation at West
Bengal and Jharkhand. The project was funded by Sir
Dorabji Tata Trust. Installed quality controlled aspects
of processed goods and supply chain management.
May ’03 to Jan ’05 Project Coordinator for Forest Development
Agency with Forest Department of Madhya Pradesh.
The project was under the 10th Plan overseen by
National Afforestation and Eco-development
Board. The project has decelopment and monitoring of
plantation on 1450 hectares. Responsible for project
development, giving direction for management and
disbursement of funds, rural development, micro-
enterprise development, and liaising with other
government departments and private bodies. The work
area included a total number of 30 villages and the
forest area surrounding the villages. Micro-enterprise
development through Community mobilization for
value addition of different MFPs, and marketing of the
products under Vindhya Valley brand. Helping the local
forest department to develop maps on different
thematic issues through the use of various GIS tools.
Feb ’00 to Oct ’00 Analyst for Bharat Margarine Limited. The
functional activities included are to check the quality of
raw materials, finished goods and waste water, shift
production in-charge of edible oil refinery and worked
in the product development department as a chemist.

 Environment and Climate Change Mitigation Plan for the Banganga
Watershed in the Trikut Hill region, Jammu (Shri Mata Vaishno Devi
Pilgrimage Area) for ESG Environmental Services India Private
Limited under Rotary Club funding in 2007.
 Project formulation on “Removing Avoidable Blindness by providing
specialised Eye care through Diagnostics and Treatment of Cataract
and providing Spectacles for Economically Marginalized People” for
Namita Biswas & Dr. R. B. Biswas Memorial Trust to be partly
funded by MMTC in 2007.
 Conducting secondary research for – “Sikandra Growth Pole” by
IL&FS for Cluster Development Initiative and “Development of
Institute of Urban Transport, India”; for MAS Environomics India
Pvt Ltd in 2006.
 Project evaluation of IIFM-ITTO Research Project – “Operational
Strategy for Sustainable Forestry Development with Community
Participation in India” for NCHSE in 2005.
 Energy auditing and its environmental impacts including options of
energy saving of Vindhyachal Distillery in 2003.
 Developing case study on “Contribution of Ecotourism to
Livelihoods, Bandhavgarh National Park” for the Forest
Department, Madhya Pradesh in 2002.
