Alarm missing issues promptly. For any help required on the same,

1. Exact RCA unknown due to delay in escalation of issue.


2. Operations Support had restarted CORBA plugin at TTI end to
Operations Support /
resolve issue as process had hanged.

3. Connectivity issue is suspected for process hang.
4. CORBA interface does not reconnect automatically if there is any
connectivity issue. Manual restart is required.
1. Shifthead to escalate Alarm missing case directly to Operations
Support as well as Server Support.
2. Operations Support and Server Support to work parallely to resolve
issue.
