John 16:24 (Until now you have asked nothing in my

name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be

To ask in his name means to ask in his authority and on his merit
Just as the Father answered Jesus' every prayer, so he will
answer you when you ask in Jesus' name

John 15:7 (If you abide in me, and my words abide in

will rise and give him as many as he needs.)

pass, it will be done for him. 24 Therefore I tell you, whatever
you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it
will be yours.)
Mark 9:24 (Immediately the father shouted, I do believe.
Help me to believe more!)
You are praying and asking God to help you believe and safe you
from doubting Him
