providing company. The MHF objective is to deliver goods at

About MHF Traders


MHF Traders is a new firm in the field of online sales &
services. The company dealt in selling all type of goods through
online services and providing sales after services as well. The
MHF is going to be formed soon and set targets to achieve
maximum shares in the market and compete with competitor. It
will be the biggest challenge for the competitors to defeat us.
The management expects that the company will achieve the
maximum profit and grow speedily. The first organization in this
field who has trained resource and the MHF believes that the
Training & Development sessions for the employees will
maximize the profit and goodwill in the market in the
competition era.

Vision
MHF exists to deliver goods and services at door step of
customers on just one click and customers get the full benefit
of online sales & services at their door step. Were here to fulfill
the requirements.

Mission

MHF Traders is a customer focused business online sales &


services company that seeks competitive advantage in quality
and valued added service in both sales & services through
online facility. MHF relies on building trusting relationships with
customers, owners, employees and society in general.

Human Resource Division
The value MHF places on employees knows no bounds and this
division reflects our commitment to the company's most
important asset, its human resource.
Positions in Human Capital exist in areas such as Human
Resource Business Partners, Organization Excellence, Employee
Services, etc.

Account Division

Account Division manages the online transaction placed by the


customers. The Accounts Division also manages the salary of
employees, benefits, compensation and other financial related
things. The division is operate by the Director Finance. The
Account Division aims to fulfill all financial requirements while
minimizing the risks involved on financial and accounting sides
to ensure MHF remains a vibrant and healthy

enterprise. Careers in finance include areas such as Business


Planning & Analysis, Risk & Assurance Management, Financial
Control, etc

Marketing Division
Marketing Division works on increasing sale of the company
products in the market and also avail the opportunity in the
capturing the market. Marketing Division manages Market and
sales in the market.

Operation Division

Operation Division manages all operating activities done by the


operating team. Operation Division works under the supervision
of Managers.

First of all analyses the shortage of resource and then
create posts to fulfill the requirements. Its small
organization so there is no such hard and fast rules to
analyse the resource shortage.

to sale the goods online and satisfy the customers.

Performance assess on achieving the sales targets and giving

division. Finance & operation division workforce are assessed

Job Summary
The Chief Executive Officer serves as chief executive of MHF
Organization. Director assures MHF Organizations relevance to
the community, the accomplishment of MHF Organizations
mission and vision, and the accountability of MHF Organization
to its diverse constituents. Director has the authority to carry
out these responsibilities, in accordance with the Direction and
policies established by the organization. The CEO provides
direction.

Accountabilities
1. Legal compliance
Assures the filing of all legal and regulatory documents and
monitors compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

2. Mission, policy and planning

Set MHFs values, mission, vision, and short- and long


term goals.
To monitor and evaluate MHFs relevancy to the
community, its effectiveness, and its results.
Identifies problems and opportunities and addresses them;
brings those which are appropriate to the Board and/or its
committees; and, facilitates discussion and deliberation.
Keeps informed of developments in human services,
not-for-profit management and governance, philanthropy
and fund development.

Provides general oversight of all MHF activities, manages


the day-to-day operations, and assures a smoothly
functioning, efficient organization.
Assures program quality and organizational stability
through development and implementation of standards
and controls, systems and procedures, and regular
evaluation.

Job Summary

Improve the operational systems, processes and policies


in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support
better management reporting, information flow and
management, business process and organizational
planning.
Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of
Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through
improvements to each function as well as coordination and
communication between support and business functions.

Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an


initiative geared toward operational excellence.

Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems


and controls.

Development of individual program budgets

Invoicing to funding sources, including calculation of


completed units of service.

Payroll management, including tabulation of accrued


employee benefits.

Disbursement of checks for agency expenses.

Organization of fiscal documents.

Regular meetings with Executive Director around fiscal


planning.

Supervise and coach office manager on a weekly basis.

Retirement / Termination and Disciplinary


Actions

After 50 years service completion every employee will be


retired automatically and get benefits and compensation from
the organization.
If someone committed any type of crime, disciplinary action will
be taken against them and terminate from the service w.e.f and
no benefits except current month salary will be given.

Conclusion
Our all report is prepared with complete effort of our team
members and we learnt a lot of things regarding HR activities,
process and functions. Try to cover all most important things
have been covered in this report and this report will be
beneficial for the new investor.
