refund, less a $10 administrative fee. Cancellation notices should be
sent to cleregistration@isba.org or faxed to (217) 525-0712. Prefer to
send a substitute, rather than cancel? A designated substitute may
attend in your place if s/he could have registered at the same or lower
price, or by paying the price difference in the event that the substitute
qualifies for a higher registration price. (*Destination and Master Series
programs may have different cancellation terms. Please contact the ISBA
CLE department for details.)
