HR Administration:
Administer every Employees Personal files and maintain record in Internal Tools.
Serving as a support for HR Record Audit and Process Internally.
Handling Medi-claim queries of employees and coordinate with the insurance company
to resolve claims.
Handling PF related queries.

Exit Formalities:
Generating Relieving, Experience Letters.
Maintaining and Updating database of Exit employees as well.
Involved in Conducting Exit Interviews.
Handing over the Experience and relieving letters to the employee after completing all
the exit formalities.
Updating the Employee Records accordingly.
Performed the analysis on Exit Survey feedbacks database and provided the report.
