Living Righteously

“The sacrifices of Elohiym [are] a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O Elohiym, thou wilt not
despise.” Psalm 51:17
When we’re really broken, that’s when El can use us to convert sinners unto him (“[Then] will I teach
transgressors thy ways; and sinners shall be converted unto thee.” vs 13), walking in brokenness.
Cleave to Him, for He is our life. He has brought life to us – cleave to Him, not wander from Him.

El can help us and fight our battle (“With him [is] an arm of flesh; but with us [is] Yahveh Eloheynu to help
us, and to fight our battles. And the people rested themselves upon the words of Hezekiah king of Judah.”
2 Chronicles 32:8). – If El is on our side. Important to keep Him on our side.
“Be strong and courageous, be not afraid nor dismayed for the king of Assyria, nor for all the multitude
that [is] with him: for [there be] more with us than with him: With him [is] an arm of flesh; but with us [is]
Yahveh Eloheynu to help us, and to fight our battles. And the people rested themselves upon the words of
Hezekiah king of Judah.” 2 Chronicles 32:7,8
“Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou [art] with me; thy
rod and thy staff they comfort me.” Psalm 23:4
“Then the king commanded, and they brought Daniel, and cast [him] into the den of lions. [Now] the king
spake and said unto Daniel, Eloheyka whom thou servest continually, he will deliver thee. … My Elohiym
hath sent his angel, and hath shut the lions' mouths, that they have not hurt me: forasmuch as before him
innocency was found in me; and also before thee, O king, have I done no hurt.” Daniel 6:16,22

2 Chronicles 31:20,21 “And thus did Hezekiah throughout all Judah, and wrought [that which was] good
and right and truth before Yahveh his Elohiym. And in every work that he began in the service of the house
of Elohiym, and in the law, and in the commandments, to seek his Elohiym, he did [it] with all his heart,
and prospered.”
It is righteous menwho can say things like, “but with us is Yahveh Eloheynu to help us, and to fight our
battles.” (2 Chronicles 32:8) He was in a position…

David (Psalm 23), Daniel (Daniel 6) – righteous men.

The righteous are bold as a lion (Proverb 28:1), knowing El is with them, (doing His will).

2 Chronicles 32:1 “After these things, and the establishment thereof, Sennacherib king of Assyria came,
and entered into Judah, and encamped against the fenced cities, and thought to win them for himself.”
After these things, and the establishment thereof, … then able to go on.

Psalm 18:23,24 “I was also upright before him, and I kept myself from mine iniquity. Therefore hath
Yahveh recompensed me according to my righteousness, according to the cleanness of my hands in his
eyesight.”
recompensed according to his righteousness.
(“Also unto thee, O Adonai, [belongeth] mercy: for thou renderest to every man according to his work.”
Psalm 62:12)
If we’re really walking in His ways.
David knew He was going to recompense him according to that.

Psalm 119:1-8 “ALEPH. Blessed [are] the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of Yahveh. Blessed
[are] they that keep his testimonies, [and that] seek him with the whole heart. They also do no iniquity:
they walk in his ways. Thou hast commanded [us] to keep thy precepts diligently. O that my ways were
directed to keep thy statutes! Then shall I not be ashamed, when I have respect unto all thy
commandments. I will praise thee with uprightness of heart, when I shall have learned thy righteous
judgments. I will keep thy statutes: O forsake me not utterly.”
When we walk in the law of Yahveh, that is when we are going to be undefiled. It’s going to be those who
are seeking Him with the whole heart.
vs 4 keep thy precepts diligently.
vs 5 longing.

(“The earth also is defiled under the inhabitants thereof; ….” Isaiah 24:5)

Psalm 119:1 the undefiled … who walk in the law of Yahveh

- that the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us (Romans 8:4)

“Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against Thee.” (Psalm 119:11)

* Romans 8:4 “That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but
after the Spirit.”– Not far from us, to be able to do this. If we’re really walking in the Spirit – not afar off. –
pressing into the Spirit. There is an answer – walking in the Spirit.

(“No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue [that] shall rise against thee in
judgment thou shalt condemn. This [is] the heritage of the servants of Yahveh, and their righteousness [is]
of me, saith Yahveh.” Isaiah 54:17)
This is the heritage of the servants of Yahveh. Living right; keeping His law, walking in the Spirit –
undefiled.

Press in – There was a press in Paul’s life. (“I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of
Elohiym in Mashiyach Yeshua.” Philippians 3:14) There will be a press in those who will enter into the
kingdom.

The righteous Yahveh loveth righteousness. (Psalm 11:7)

Righteous men – Abraham – He chose their seed. (“And because he loved thy fathers, therefore he chose
their seed after them, and brought thee out in his sight with his mighty power out of Egypt;” Deuteronomy
4:37)

He is for the righteous.
