INSTRUCTOR:
This project is about the use of the operational amplifiers, covered in the class, in performing
mathematical operations such as integration, summation, and differentiation. You are going to
analyze and design an op-amp circuit to solve a given differential equation. The analysis is based on
the "ideal" op-amp assumptions and performed in the time domain and the frequency domain.
Your task is to design, simulate and build an op-amp circuit to solve a given system. Your final
report should include the followings:
A)
B)
C)
D)

6) Design an op-amp circuit that produces the output voltage vout t of equation (2). The
circuit may consist of inverting, non-inverting, summing, integrator, , amplifiers.
7) Simulate your design circuit by PSPICE and compare the simulated output voltage vout t
with the simulated output voltage in step 4).
8) Implement your design circuit in the lab and compare the measured output voltage vout t
with the simulated output voltage in step 7).
