This spreadhseet contains a sample wedding guest list, RSVP, and gift tracker, as well as a blank
template you can use as a basis with your clients.
If you are not familiar with Microsoft Excel, we suggest you ask a friend to give you a tutorial or buy a book
to help you understand how to work with these spreadsheets. Unfortunately, the School can only provide
you with minimal support and cannot teach you how to use this program.
On the "Sample" tab, you'll see a tracker that has been partially filled-in. On this tab, we've also
indicated where you should type numbers and add information, as well as where you shouldn't
type in order to preserve the formulas that are included.
BEFORE YOU BEGIN ANY WORK, SAVE THIS FILE ON YOUR COMPUTER TWICE (2X).
Keep one file as is and do your work with the other file. This way, if you accidentally erase a formula or
delete part of the spreadhseet, you'll have another copy.
