CONVERSATION CLUB
Our conversation club gives students the chance
to practice the language outside of class. Whether
students are trying to learn to speak more formally or
just want to talk with people of similar interests, our

20

OHLAs goal is to facilitate the constant practice

of English. As such, an official English only zone
has been established at OHLA. This zone includes
offices, computer labs, classes, student lounge and
common areas. Upon entering this zone, ALL students,
faculty and staff are required to speak English only.
Clear signs are displayed throughout the school that
continuously remind students and staff the importance
of using English only in their daily interactions.

MEDICAL INSURANCE
Students enrolling at OHLA must carry medical
insurance for the length of their studies. OHLA
is pleased to offer its very own comprehensive
emergency/medical insurance coverage with GUARD
ME, the worlds largest insurance provider for students.

ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS
MIAMI
 N-SITE RESIDENCE
1. O
BRICKELL CAMPUS
The biggest advantage of our OHLA Residence is the
fact that students live right on campus. The residence
is located in different towers of the Four Ambassadors
Complex conveniently adjacent to Tower 3, in which
OHLA is located. Going to school in the morning is
as easy as leaving the apartment, taking the elevator
to the lobby, and crossing to Tower 3. Students can
enjoy an ocean view not only from their classroom but
also from the comfort of their own apartment. After
class, they can spend the afternoon around the pools
enjoying the sun.

The on-site residence offers:

Our commitment is to help students integrate to

their new surroundings. As such, activities are an
integral part of the OHLA experience. We offer
an array of organized activities in each individual
campus, which are group-led activities on week
days and field trips on weekends. Due to our
strategic locations, students can experience from
a thrilling air boat tour of the sub-tropical jungles
of the Everglades in Miami, to a star spotting
on Rodeo Drive , and a ferry ride to experience
