for NMB Postbank Group (predecessor ING bank; 1989-1990): completion of a research into the
salary consequences of the merger; merger of the PR & Communication departments (structure,
personnel); introduction of Total Quality Management to its 23,000 personnel
for Silhouet Management Support (1993-1999): training appr. 3,000 entrepreneurs and managers in
communication and leadership skills; Team Engineering sessions for many companies, including a
Philips product division and a Heineken regional sales division, a top Ford dealer, a top Renault
