QUESTIONAIRE ABOUT THE SERVICES OF TEACHER:

This questionnaire has been designed to inquire the students of a

University about their satisfaction of the services of a lecturer/teacher. The main purpose
is simply to make teacher aware of his strengths and weaknesses as a lecturer, so that he
can polish his abilities in future and educate the students in a good manner. So you are
requested to answer the questions attentively and consciously and do not write something
unnecessary and impolite simply answer the questions.

1. Do you think that something funny should be communicated during the lecture?

2. Do you feel that your maximum attention is focused on the topic during the sir’s
lecture?

3. When you want to ask a question, do you think that sir would ridicule or
discourage you?

4. Had ever the sir discouraged you or your class-fellow while asking question

5. The examples that the sir gives you are of our daily life and help you in
understanding the topic.

6. When you don’t understand a concept or a topic, do you ask questions to make
your concept clear?

7. Have you ever been ridiculed by your friend(s) while asking questions?

8. Do you think that the sir discriminates the students on the basis of gender?

9. Do you think that those students who obtain high marks have clear understanding
of the topics?

10. It happened that friend(s) of you has/have asked you question regarding any
subject.

11. Have you ever thought to become like the sir (make him your ideal.)

12. Mostly the students ask questions from one another regarding “consumer
behavior.”
