Main achievements: Implementation for the first Category Management project in Romania, done as a Supplier,
in Carrefour Hypermarket chain, for 15 brands (Dove, Rexona, Axe, Sunsilk, Dero, Bona, Omo, Coccolino, Cif,
Domestos, Delma, Rama, Knorr, Lipton and FoodSolutions) and categories (Home and Personal Care, Foods) and
rolled out with other customers from C&C (Metro, Selgros), Real Hypermarket and other Local Key Accounts. The
project was build on fully understanding the shopper behavior within each category, by focusing on brand vision and
category approach and using complex market data panels.
