My sms outgoing is blocked by PTA?

Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) is considering a policy that caps the number SMS
messages a user can send to curb spam. The PTA would terminate SMS services if more than
200 messages are sent in fifteen minutes. Once the service is terminated, a customer would need
to submit an affidavit to reinstate it and a second violation would result in a permanent SMS ban

How to block a number?
Follow the steps to block unwanted calls and sms.
Step 1: SMS 'sub' to 420 to get registered.
Step 2: After a few hours, once you are registered, you will receive a confirmation SMS.
Step 3: You can then SMS the Number , which you want to block, to 420

which will be shared via E-mail in Rs. 50. You will be charged Rs. 2.69 incl. tax/call to 345.
