Statistical Analysis

Respondents Profile
A total of 54 employees participated in the survey. 55.6% were female, 44.4% were male.
Mean age was 29.82 years old +/- 7.09 years.
Majority (70.9%) were single. 29.1% (or 16 out of 54) were married. All of the 16 married respondents
are still living together with their spouse. Average number of years married was 7 years +/- 7 years. The
average number of children was 1 child +/- 1 child.

Majority of the respondents (80%) were rank and file employees. One of the respondent came from top
management, 8 came from middle management and 2 came from other employee groups.
85.5% were permanent employees. 14.5% were probationary.
40% has been with the company for less than 3 years. 10.9% has been with the company for 3 to 5
years.
