Praise to God Almighty, who has been given the gift of knowledge and guidance of mind

and thoughts, so that we can formulate a proposal for the creation of donor assistance

computer lab in public primary schools in our country.

This proposal aims to facilitate and improve the ability of our students from ages 7 years

to 13 years in the field of computer science flourished. While computer labs and school

facilities have been inadequate.

Therefore, with limited facilities and infrastructure in our schools because of the support

from parents who lack the average due to the economic level that has not been

established so that there is need for a breakthrough from the school to get help for

sustaining quality improvement of education in our schools.

So with this proposal, we expect the full sense of respect for a consideration of my

friends in the submission of the subsidy funds for our school.

May Allah SWT always bestow and give grace and guiding the duty of all friends.

Help from anyone and whatever its value, will be very useful for us. We expect this

proposal to be made; the donors on Scribd sites can help us to become donors.

CHAPTER I

BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE

A. Background

Teaching Information and Communication Technology is a part in extra curricular

activities within our educational institutions.

TIC can be undertaken outside the school environment as the teaching of science in

the field of technology and information technology, where students are taught about

the introduction of computers, functions and benefits and applications.

With the development of science, technology and culture, then the student should be

able to develop science TIC.

But with limited funds, then the teaching of our school TIC delayed. Especially with

the environment the parents of our school students, including lower economic classes

from.

B. Purpose

With the above background, we should participate in the development of science,

technology and culture to the students so that they will get to know and appreciate the

Science and Culture own nation.

The purpose of TIC teaching activities to be implemented in Setu III Elementary

School are as follows:

1. Develop interests and abilities of students by observing new things outside the

school environment.
2. Establishing a self-confident person

3. Developing children's creativity and activity

4. Develop group activities outside the intra-curricular activities

5. Coaching an experience, collect data, classifies data and make a conclusion

Thus achieved the expected are:

1. Confidence

2. The ability to do group activities

3. The ability to do things that are modern technology

4. Know the forms of Science and Culture of practice and observation.

With the hope that with the help of the schools can improve the quality of education.

With the hope that with the TIC teaching programs that can be an appropriate forum

for coaching the students. And the development of the purpose with the

implementation of activities aimed at human resource development to expand the

We realize that our schools still manage less than perfect and there are still many

shortcomings because of facilities and infrastructure and educational personnel who

We apologize if this program proposals are still many shortcomings and mistakes in
