These items must be held by the proper Pokmon to enable Mega Evolution.

Defeat the Champion and enter the Hall of Fame.

Obtain TMV Pass from Professor Sycamore at Lumiose Station.

Try at least one battle in Kiloude Citys Battle Maison.

Defeat Serena/Calem near Kiloude Citys north pond.

Talk to Serena/Calem to hear the professors message.
