1. Usage decision for the inspection lot- Stock Posting of material from
Quality stock to Un-Restricted stock or block stock.

The inspection of the components would be done in the QA Department and thereafter you can type
in the T-Code QA32 for viewing the Inspection Lot which has been created in the QA. In the Inspection
Lot Enter Plant & Material for which Inspection Lot is to be checked.
In SAP system we are going to generate the three inspection lot
1- Inspection lot for the incoming material inspection-Lot No. start with 01.
2- Inspection lot for the In-house material inspectionLot No. start with 03
3- Inspection Lot for the final inspection after production- Lot No. with 04
4- Inspection lot for delivering the material to customer- Lot No. with 20.
Usage decision need to carry out for all the inspection lot generated. But stock posting from quality
to unrestricted will occurs for only Final inspection lot(Starts with 04) and incoming material
inspection lot(Starts with 01).

production order material will post in quality stock.

Ex- Prod. Order quanity is 6,out of which 5 are good and 1 is bad.
First pop for 5 good quanity. Give 5 serial number for good and click below showing
