Spices
Indian spices include a variety of spices grown across
the Indian subcontinent (a sub-region of South Asia).
With different climates in different parts of the country,
India produces a variety of spices, many of which are
native to the Subcontinent, while others were imported
from similar climates and have since been cultivated
locally for centuries. Spices are used in different forms whole, chopped, ground, roasted, sauted, fried and as
topping. They blend food to extract the nutrients and
bind them in a palatable form.
Some spices are added at the end as flavouring and are typically heated in a pan with ghee or
cooking oil before being added to a dish. Lighter spices are added last, and spices with strong
flavour should be added first. Curry is not a spice, but a term used by western people and refers
to any dish in Indian cuisine that contains several spices blended together and could be with a
gravy base or a dry item.

Fresh Vegetables
In culinary terms, a vegetable is an edible plant or its
part, intended for cooking or eating raw. The nonbiological definition of a vegetable is largely based on
culinary and cultural tradition. Apart from
vegetables, other main types of plant food are fruits,
grains & nuts. Vegetables are most often consumed as
salads or cooked in savoury or salty dishes, while
culinary fruits are usually sweet and used for desserts, but it is not the universal rule.
Therefore, the division is somewhat arbitrary, based on cultural views. For example, some
people consider mushrooms to be vegetables even though they are not biologically plants,
while others consider them a separate food category; some cultures group potatoes with cereal
products such as noodles or rice, while most English speakers would consider them vegetables.
We are one of the prominent suppliers and traders of Fresh vegetables in the international;
markets. We offer wide range of fresh vegetables that is stored hygienically in preservatives.
We ensure there is no additives and health hazards involved in the vegetables, and they are
ready to serve the purpose. We make sure that our vegetables fresh for long time without loss
in its nutrients, color, flavour, taste as well as shape. These can be consumed fresh and has
high nutritious content.

Rice
The origin of rice is buried in obscurity and the depths of
time. Till today, we do not know when it was first
discovered and domesticated and perhaps this is one fact
we will never come to know. In the long and turbulent
history of the human race, one of the most important
developments that led to the development of civilizations
was the domestication of rice, for this one single variety
of grain has fed and nourished more people over a longer
period of time than any other crop. Rice or Oryza Sativa
(as botanists prefer to call it) is not a tropical plant but is
still associated with a wet, humid climate.
It is generally believed that the domestication of rice began somewhere in the Asian arc. From
its place of birth the plant and its grain spread all over the world. More than 90% of the world
rice is grown and consumed in Asia. Over the last few years, India has been able to produce
sustainable export surplus.
We supply all kind of Rice items such as South Indian Rice, Samba Rice, Basmati Rice, Steamed
Rice, Andhra Sona Masoori Raw Rice, Tanjore Ponni Rice, Idli Rice etc.

Flour
Flour is a powder which is made by
grinding cereal grains, beans, or
other seeds or roots (like cassava). It is the main
ingredient of bread, which is a staple food for many
cultures, making the availability of adequate
supplies of flour a major economic and political issue
at various times throughout history. Wheat flour is
one of the most important ingredients
in European, North American, Middle Eastern, Indian
and North African cultures, and is the defining ingredient in most of their styles
of breads and pastries. While wheat is the most common base for flour, maize flour has been
important in Mesoamerican cuisine since ancient times, and remains a staple throughout
the Americas. Rye flour is an important constituent of bread in much of central Europe,
and rice can also be used in flour, though this is relatively uncommon.

We Supply all kind of flours as Wheat, Maize, Soya, Maida and Multi Grain flours.

Dry Fruits
Dried fruit is fruit from which the majority of the original
water content has been removed either naturally,
through sun drying, or through the use of specialized
dryers or dehydrators. Dried fruit has a long tradition of
use dating back to the fourth millennium BC in
Mesopotamia, and is prized because of its sweet taste,
nutritive value, and long shelf life.
Dried fruits retain most of the nutritional value of fresh fruits. The specific nutrient content of
the different dried fruits reflects their fresh counterpart and the processing method.
We supply wide range of Dry Fruits which includes: Golden Raisins, Walnut, Dates (Yellow Dry
Dates), Pistachio, Dried Figs, Almonds, Cashew Nuts, etc. We offer fresh and unadulterated Dry
Fruits that packaged with advanced techniques in order to keep them moisture-free.

Sauces
In cooking, a sauce is liquid, cream or semisolid food served on or used in preparing
other foods. Sauces are not normally consumed by
themselves; they add flavour, moisture, and visual
appeal to the dish. Sauce is a French word taken
from the Latinsalsa, meaning salted. Possibly the
oldest sauce recorded is garum, the fish
sauce used by the Ancient Greeks.
We export all kind of Sauces, Ketchups, and Vinegars as per your requirement.

Cooking Oil
Cooking oil is plant, animal, or synthetic fat
used in frying, baking, and other types of
cooking. It is also used in food preparation
and flavouring that doesn't involve heat, such
as salad dressings and bread dips, and in this
sense might be more accurately termed edible
oil. Cooking oil is typically a liquid at room
temperature, although some oils that contain
saturated fat, such as coconut oil, palm oil
and palm kernel oil are solid.
