Update; Defmation, Privacy and Computers, Liens, Professionalism,
Ethics, Workers Compensation Update and Trial/Appellate Practice

ELIGIBLE TO ATTEND: LADC members in good standing, prospective members (whose

applications for membership are pending with the LADC), support
personnel (paralegals) of members, members of the judiciary and their
clerks. Tuition waived for full-time members of the judiciary only.

TUITION: $150 (includes coffee, Friday lunch, and handouts.) No refund will
be issued unless cancellation is received five (5) days prior to
seminar.

ESTIMATED CLE CREDITS: 10.0 CLE credits, including one credit for professional responsibility
(ethics) and one credit for professionalism.
