My two feet swell too much when i accidentally fall down from a ladder, when i heard about
the benefits turmeric. I made it a habit of drinking boiled turmeric instead of tap water.At first i
can not tolerate the odor. then i tried mixing with lemon and add a tbsp. of honey. The swelling
of my feet tremendously shrink.
