The Meeting was handled by Engineer Akindunni Daniel (Resident engineer)

3A). OPENING AND INTRODUCTION

The meeting commenced by 10:00am. Mr Emil apologised for not coming. Opening
prayers was said by Mr Ganiyu Atanda.

3B) REVIEW AND ADOPTION OF LAST MINUTES

The minutes of the last meeting was adopted.

3C) MATTERS DISCUSSED

3Ci The main contractor defaulted in casting of the roof structures. The casting was
scheduled to commenced on 18/11/2014. The reasons is lack of materials on site.
They assured the client that the casting will begin today (19/11/2014) and finish on
22/11/2014.

3Cii The resident engineer asked about the level of work on ground floor and first
floor. Plastering has started already on both floors, but not 100% complete. All
lintels on both floors has been casted and the correction on the ground floor (about
the door widening) will be completed soon by 21/11/2014.

3Ciii The resident engineer also talked about applying water hydrant on the roof
structures (cantilever slabs) for finishes purposes. The main contractor agree and
promised to adhere to all instructions on this matter.
3Civ The M & E sub contractor was asked why their pipes and connection on the
ground floor (the corrected area) is yet to be completed. They apologised and said
all will be completed by 21/11/2014.
3Cv. Still on M & E, on the first floor the toilet area still need connections and
testing, this will be completed by 21/11/2014. On the other areas in the first floors
(Hall), connections are 80% done, by today (19/11/2014) all will be completed. The
main contractor can start the plastering.
3Cvi. On the roof, the M & E were asked asked to positioned the water sieves well
and for it to be on a straight line. Also the refrigerant pipes inside the slabs should
be in accordance with the architect instructions and the consultants.
3Cvii. The resident engineer talked about the progress of work with lock plus Ltd.
Mr Ganiyu said they will start fixing doors as soon as the tiles are done in the toilet
areas (ground and first floor), and others places as it's concerned.

3F. OTHER MATTERS

3Fi). Mr Lekan Taiwo form KON-X Ltd joined the meeting late, he introduce himself
and after the meeting, we did a site inspection together. He took his physical

measurement of the roof structures and said he will contact the architect on what
they come up with.
3G HSE
Main contractors and sub contractors attention was drawn to strictly adhere to
health, safety and environmental standards. Site should be neat at all times.

Closing prayers was done by Engr David.
