Transportation System and Policies accommodate massive movements
of people and goods with effective feeders for easy access in
connectivity, with continuity development of infrastructure and
Enforcement is crucial to attain systems gain success.
b. Implementation Transportation Strategy promotes incentives to public
transportation as the preferred way for traveling and incentives for
operators to develop skills to improve overall abilities and capabilities to
deliver safe services and operate professionally.
