Setup Fails), recommendation for physical parameter change.
Responsible for reducing congestion and drops, improving the IRAT Handover, Soft Handover, Location
Update, Paging, CSSR, RRC Connection & RAB Establishment Success rate in his designated area for
all Voice, Video Packet & High Speed, issuing capacity requests whenever needed.
Detailed log file analysis for the parameters such RSCP, Ec/Io, Rx Power, Tx Power, P-SC, RLC
Throughput and analyzing reasons for CSSR, Call Drop, HSDPA call drop, Low DL/UL Throughput
HSDPA and HSUPA testing and optimization recommendation.3G-3G and IRAT Handovers parameters,
cell re-selection parameters.
Post Processing of 3G drive data on Actix for problem analysis (Coverage, Call Drops and Call Setup
Fails), recommendation for physical parameter change.
Parameters optimization both BSC/RNC & Cell Level.
Parameter in-consistency check.
Daily Upload Dump on path & raised PCR as customer requirement.
Align the entire new site accordingly to given template.
Analyzing reports (Service session, Accessibility, Retainability, Mobility and Integrity).
Analyzing daily Cell wise & BSC wise KPIs Reports for NBH & BBH Hour , and observing key network
parameters such as SDCCH blocking, TCH blocking , TCH drop, SDCCH drop etc , and many more
related to optimization of the network.
Daily Checking Locked sites or TRX & Alarm( Dip Alarm,CF Fault)& Resolved on Daily basis.
Optimization based on Interference, Traffic and Customer Complain Analysis.
Recommend and implement changes in various parameters like DYMA, IHOSICH, ACSTATE,
CLSSTATE.
Involved in Roll out activity for 2G & 3G.Preapare Site data base for 2G & 3G.
Improvement & monitoring network performance by study and analysis BSS statistics & optimization of
parameters.
Coordinating With Drive test Engineers.
Drive analysis of various statistical parameters like Call setup success rate,Handover success rate,
handover failure rate, Drop calls rate, and FER.
Hand over statistics, SDCCH, TCH Congestion/ Blockings & RACH etc and their reasons on day-to-day
basis and resolving the problems by taking necessary actions on it.
Maintaining Network KPIs like Call success rate, Drop Call Rate, Handover Success Rate,
Handover Failure Rate within the targeted Range.

Monitoring NPI statistics and optimizing the same.

Add new counters in standard BO-XI template as required for KPIs Analysis Purpose.
Optimize system performance based on field test data and translations report,
Recommended parameter and system changes to meet system performance objective
Optimization of coverage, quality and capacity by antenna optimization, missing
Neighbors elimination.
