(Attach Survey Results if available)
a. List the most important criticisms and strengths
Strength
1. The course activities, quizzes, exams, projects helped students understand the concepts presented in the
course.
2. The tests were appropriate in level and length in the course content.
3. The level of work required in the course was appropriate for the credit given.
Weaknesses
1. The students had a hard time to understand some basic vocabulary words in English due to poor
foundation in English Communication during their high school.
2. Some students received low marks in reading and writing skills due to lack of practise in English
communication . Students preferred to use Arabic language in communication since most of the professors
preferred to use Arabic as medium of instruction in teaching.
3. Most of the reference English books in the library were outdated.
b. Response of instructor or course team to this evaluation
The students should watch English films that will improve their skills in listening, reading, writing and
speaking. English should be use as a medium of instruction specifically in teaching. This will enable students
to improve their craft in expressing their own thoughts and ideas in English.

2. Other Evaluation -- What evaluations were received?

Specify and attach reports where available. (eg. By head of department, peer observations, accreditation
review, other stakeholders etc):
