Which is the recommended browser for Online Stocks?

Internet Explorer Version 7.0 and above is recommended. You may not be able to access Online Stocks
if you use other browsers.

What information do I need to key-in to access?

For maybank2u.com, you may activate the online stock after log in. For subsequence log in, it will direct
you to the online stock link.

For powerbroking2u.com.my, you may need to fill up form and submit to your remisier or dealer. You will
receive the notification of user id and password via call or email.

5.

Do I need to pay any subscription fee?

No. the service is free of charge.

6.

What should I do if I do not have a trading account?

Log in to maybank2u.com click Investment tab choose Online Stock choose Share Margin
Financing or Non Margin Financing Fill in your details OR

Go to powerbroking2u.com.my click Open An Account click Register button at the bottom page
Fill in your details

Upon successful submission of your application, our Investment Share Executive (ISE) will contact you
to process the necessary documents.

7.

How do I activate my trading account online?

Once our Investment Share Executive notifies you that your application has been approved, login to
Maybank2u.com with your Username and Password. Select Online Stocks. You will be prompted to fill in
and submit your details for Online activation.

8.

Can I still access Maybank2u.com online stocks if I have not log in for more than 6 months?

No, you will not be able to access the Online Stocks if you have not log in to online banking for more
than 6 months although you have been actively trading via alternate online stocks login. When you
encounter this you are advised to visit any of our branches to renew the access for Online Banking

You may download CAB file as per below steps:

Under the main menu, select "Tools" Internet Options Security Tab Internet Icon "Customer
Level" button. The Security Settings window is displayed

Select "enable" all ActiveX controls and plug-ins

Reset your custom settings to "Medium"

Click "OK" to complete the setting

12. I am still unable to view quotes after successfully downloading CAB files?

Refresh the Live Quotes web page.

Switch from Real-Time to Http-Realtime mode by selecting the "Http-Real Time" link at the bottom of the
"Live Quotes" pages.

13. How to perform buying and selling shares via online stocks?

At the top of Live Quotes you will notice the Buy / Order/ Sell bar. These features enable you to do your
online stock transactions.
a. Click on Buy (the green button) to place order.
b. On the pop-up screen, type in the quantity of shares you want to purchase.
c. Type in your desired purchase value, or select one of the predefined values in the dropdown
list.
d. If you have more than one trading account. Select the appropriate account from the dropdown
list.
e. You may click on the OK button to send the order.
f.
Login to Online Stocks and select "User Guide" > "Trading" for more information on these
features.

What if I have forgotten my trading PIN?

Please contact Maybank Investment Bank Equities Helpdesk at 1 300 223 888 or email to
equities.helpdesk@maybank-ib.com.

I cannot remember my user id and password, what should I do?

If you register using maybank2u.com, kindly contact Maybank Customer Care at 1 300 88 6688.

If you register via Powerbroking2u.com.my, please contact Maybank Investment Bank Equities Helpdesk
at 1 300 223 888 or email to equities.helpdesk@maybank-ib.com.

Online stocks is supported by Internet Explorer browser (version 7.0 and above).
