EXCERPTS FROM A

LETTER RECEIVED IN SEPTEMBER

Julianne Hope

Julianne is very happy to be over the "colic" (and so is her

She is doing much better and is on cereal and

Todd Ashley

Todd was four years old the first week of Septembers and his
Mother says he has "plenty to do" at their new location (out
of town).
Mary Frances

resulting sores become like boils and are hard to heal. This
seems to happen to people who are new to the tropics. All in

all, there are few discomforts.

Every so often, swarms of

"something or other", such as tics, are In the house, but they

Just burn them or put kerosene on them, hoping they won't return.
Charles

Charles is holding services in a large African housing develop

ment and is planning to start in another.

There are thousands of

people in Lusaka with no church of any type.
