Provision of BuyForMe service is rendered by BidBuy (Korea
group). Ownership and operation of this service is entirely by BidBuy
(Korea group). Bidbuy is a service providing concierge shopping to
Chinese consumers. service will be carried out according to

Service Description
By using the Internet, Bidbuy uses its extensive experience and
leverages the good service provided by international companies to help
Chinese consumers do concierge shopping online. This includes
payment, shipping, customer service, and after-sales service.

When a customer submits an order, and BidBuy acknowledges it, there

2. Shopping and Delivery
Bidbuy will shop according to the website the customer has provided.
In most circumstances, the transaction will be completed in 14
business days (this may be more for U.S. websites), but this is
not a promise. If item is out of stock, or the price has changed, or the
merchant cannot deliver the goods, or if the order cannot be placed,
we will communicate with the customer, and help facilitate resolution

3. Provision of item information

5. Taxes and/or Duties
Customers are liable for any taxes or duties incurred

Such as Rakuten, Yahoo JP, ebay, Amazon, Gmarket, etc items in
these stores are usually from individual sellers. Bidbuy cannot confirm
authenticity of these items. If the user faces quality issues upon receipt
of these items, BidBuy can try its best to facilitate communication with
the sellers. If the seller is fraudulent, BidBuy will also help customers
solve the issue. If the seller refunds the transaction, Bidbuy will refund
customers the amount. However, service fees and any related delivery
fees will not be returned. Any change or returns fees will be paid,
according to cost.
Changes to terms and conditions
BidBuy (KR) can change terms and conditions at its discretion, without
notifying customers.
Customer account, password protection
Once you register with , you will receive a corresponding BidBuy
memnbership. You are legally responsible for any actions which result
from your account and password. Hence please look after your
password, and do not divulge it to anyone, or else, you will be
responsible for any legal consequences. If you discover that your
password has been compromised, please change it as soon as possible.
You may change your password and information at anytime, and end
your account and open a new one. If a user discovers any illegal

Customer privacy
Bidbuy (KR), via the Internet, uses its own information and services to
provide a concierge shopping service for customer. Customer must
provide sufficiently detailed, correct, truthful, and legal personal
details, and update these personal details if there are any changes.
Customers can also allow BidBuy (KR) to share their basic information
with third parties, but the company will not share additional
information, unless it is under these circumstances:
1) Customer requests BidBuy (or allows someone) to share this
information using email
2) Relevant laws require BidBuy to share this information using
email.

If user-provided information is inaccurate, dishonest, or illegal, BidBuy has

the right to temporarily stop, or cancel the customers access to BidBuy
services.
When using BidBuy services, they agree to accept BidBuys information
service for registered customers. Respecting user privacy is a basic policy
of Bidbuy companies, hence with respect to above, Bidbuy company will
not disclose, change or disclose additional information and unless there
are legal requirements, or under these conditions:

Individual users assume responsibility for using the service according

The internet service is provided by the Internet. Users promise not to

If the user violates the above, BidBuy will independently assess the
situation and terminate the users account, and may use any information
in the customers account as proof of his behaviour.
End of service
User or BidBuy, may at anytime, end their relationship with the service.
BidBuy does not need to be responsible to anyone for ending the service.
If the user objects to any terms and conditions, or is dissatisfied with the
BidBuy service, he may choose to
1) Stop using the service
2) Give up his rights to use the BidBuy service
3) Notify BidBuy that he wishes to end his service.
Upon termination of the user service, all user rights to the service end,
and BidBuy is not responsible to the user for anything.
Refusal to provide guarantee
User explicitly agrees to the dangers that may come from using email.
BidBuy explicitly states that it does not provide any related
insurance/guarantee/security, whether hidden, or explicit, but this may

exclude implied commercial warranties, or any reasonable warranties that

do not go against rules.
BidBuy does not guarantee anything with respect to these:

Users understand and accept any information, and will bear any losses
from data loss or damage. Users wont receive any spoken or written
information or opinions from BidBiu, and will not use this as a guarantee.

Limitations of BidBuy registered user information
BidBuy is not responsible for its failure to save or delete customer
information. BidBuy does not limite the amount of information that users
can upload. However, the company reserves the right to determine
whether a users actions violate the BidBuy terms of service. If a user is
deemed to have violated these Terms of use, the company may cease
provision of service to him.

Security

Users agree to protect and safeguard BidBuys interests, and are

responsible for legal fees which occur as a result of them using the service
beyond the scope of BidBuy services, or violating the Terms of Use, or
using another persons computer or account.

Notices

All notices to users can be administered via email or regulat mail. BidBuy
will communicate any changes to T&C, or the service, or other important
