of heavy machinery & due to rain. During rainy seasons these ruts and holes get filed
with muddy water.
2. There is no proper way to drains. During rainy seasons these drains get overflow and
whole area becomes water block and it is a good place to mosquitos to breed.
3. The newly constructed buildings do not have taken stability report that they are stable
to use.
4. Yard area does not have enough spot lights and few lights have found broken.
5. No ventilation provided for workers who wash inside 40ft long containers.
6. Unclean uniforms. Laundry system is not consistent.
7. Employees are getting medicine by themselves. No medical officer at night. No
representative of HR department at night. No Proper medical officer. No proper place
for medical treatment(sick room)
8. The milk given to employees without checked by proper person. The milk could be
expired and it could make employees sick. No responsible person for milk.

4. Employees are not using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which can cause lung
cancer due to heavy dust on paints.

safety issues.

health and safety practices of an company. First all the necessary information such as past
records of accidents, information from managers, supervisors, employees including all the
department or units of the yard should be collect before inspection.
First inspection should be conduct to identify drawbacks of physical environment (work
station)
1. Inspection for basic needs of food and water in the yard
It is clear that no sources and effective investment on safe, adequate fresh water in the yard

water for hardworking people in the operational units.
Second drawback is even there are many new buildings for functions there is no canteen
facility to provide basic three meals base on the shifts. But the company maintains vehicle
brings meals from nearby hotel which is not checked for hygiene.
2. Inspection for Transport facilities after relocation
The operatives who finish their work in the night spend night in spite of factor that facilities
are not provided that staff and there are not even rest room facilities for such employees for
their naps. Transport facilities to night workers and rest room for workers should provide to
overcome this issue.

no machine safeties precautions have displayed or acknowledge the employees the way that
they can understand. Safety drill should done to overcome this issue.

Laundryman washes the uniforms but he is not regular and no action is taken to regularize the
