Overview: Changed from General Manager to Regional Management position to lead Hellmann third party logistics
and supply chain consulting product in the Americas across 21 distribution centers in Canada, United States, Mexico
and Chile and freight stations with 224+ staff and warehouses (2,160,000 sq. ft.) including sales/marketing and
operations.
Initially focused on stabilizing third party logistics product within Hellmann USA. Installed leadership team,
including sales, engineering and information technology professionals. Developed core business processes and

Grow Enterprise:

Spearheaded the team that made the case to Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Inc. to
outsource logistics activities related to provisioning 27 vessels around the world,
resulting in a multi-year services agreement. Services include the receiving and
shipping of over 60,000 lines per month of provisions, marine parts, stock items, as well
as import/export customs brokerage services worldwide.
Championed the supply chain consulting, sales effort, contract negotiation, project
management and implementation of HWLs largest 3PL distribution center globally for
WestPoint Home in Wagram, NC receiving 3,500,000 cases per year and shipping
4,000,000 cases per year. Delivered the project on time and within contract and
profitability expectations, making transition invisible to the customers clients.

Managed Walgreens (280 stores) South Florida distribution - 1.8 million cases/year &

Managed the consolidation/deconsolidation services for seasonal overflow inventory for
