MUNICIPAL RESOLUTION NO. 059-2014

CONCURRING MDC RESOLUTION NO. 04 SERIES OF 2014, APPROPRIATING THE
UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF PHP1,542,128.14 UNDER MDC RESOLUTION NO. 03- 2014
(REVERSION) AND THE ADDITIONAL EDF SHARE FROM IRA INCREASE FOR CY 2014
AMOUNTING TO PHP 86,041.80, OR A TOTAL AMOUNT OF PHP1,628,169.94.

WHEREAS, the Municipal Development Council of Guinobatan, Albay, has submitted to

the Sangguniang Bayan, through the Committee on Finance, Budget & Appropriations, for its
consideration and concurrence, MDC Resolution No. 04, Series of 2014;
WHEREAS, said MDC Resolution embodies the appropriation for the various programs
and projects necessary and beneficial for the realization and provision of basic necessities for the
benefit of our constituency, particularly for the provision/completion of social development
structures;
WHEREAS, this august body is one in thought and essence with the Municipal
Development Council considering that said programs and projects are in accord with this local
governments mission and goals;
WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing premises, be it now:
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Bayan of Guinobatan, Albay in
session assembled, to concur as it hereby concurs MDC Resolution No. 04, Series of 2014,
Appropriating the Unappropriated Balance of Php1,542,128.14 under MDC Resolution No. 03-2014
(Reversion) and the Additional EDF Share from IRA Increase for CY 2014 Amounting to
Php86,041.80, or a total amount of Php1,628,169.94.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of this resolution be furnished such concerned
offices/agencies, for their information and appropriate action.

RESOLVED FURTHERMORE, that the above-mentioned MDC Resolution No. 04, Series
of 2014, is hereto attached and marked as Annex A.
APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY on motion of the Sponsoring Committee Chairman,
Honorable Councilor Ricky S. Matza, and duly seconded by the members present this 5 th day of
May, 2014 during their 15th Regular Session.
