(a) The Contest is open to the subscribers of the following networks only: Airtel,
BSNL, IDEA,LOOP Mobile, MTNL Delhi, MTNL Mumbai, Reliance, Tata
Docomo, Tata Indicom, Videocon, Virgin Mobile & Vodafone in select circles
Check with your operators for more details.
(b) The SMS rates for participation are as follows:
(i)
For BSNL subscribers- Upto Rs. 4/- per SMS**
(ii)
For other subscribers- Upto Rs.3/- per SMS**
**Rates subject to change due to recent TRAI regulations. Participants should
check the rates with their telecom operators. In case any Participant participate
while roaming in a different circle/zone/country, additional Roaming rates may
apply. Please contact the respective telecom operator for the applicable rates.

(c) Even invalid SMS sent for participation in the Contest shall be charged. Entries
include all entries sent in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the
Contest (Entries). Please check the rates with your telecom operators. Entries
sent through (a) any medium other than mobile phone or (b) support of any
medium or (c) any IP generated SMS Entry shall be considered invalid.
(d) SMS sent in the wrong format or with the incorrect answer are also chargeable.
(e) Roaming charges may apply. Kindly check with your telecom service provider for
the applicable rates.
3. Registration of Participant on the Website:
(a) Participant has to mandatorily register on the SABprize website,
www.sabprize.com (Website) in the manner provided herein below, in order to
be eligible to win the Prize.
(b) In order to complete the registration, Participants need to visit the Website and
fill in the registration form. When a Participant visits the Website he/she will
land on a page where he/she would be asked to either log in using his mobile
number and password or register for the programme. Following which the
Participant will be guided to a page where he/she shall need to fill in the following
details:

(c) Last Name*
(d) Old password

4. Contest Questions:
(a) Total of minimum thirty two (32) questions will be asked every week during the
Validity Period, the break-up of which is as follows:

Entries in respect of the Contest Question can be submitted from the time
the Contest Question is first asked and till 23:59:59:00 hours IST of the
same day (Validity Period).
Entries received after the Validity Period shall not be entertained and shall
be considered ineligible for the Contest.
The SMS shall be deemed to be received when such SMS reaches the
server of the concerned telecom operator. Any unclear/incorrect/incomplete
SMS including SMS with wrong characters shall be considered invalid
entry and deemed null and void. MSM shall not be responsible and/or liable
in any manner whatsoever for any network problem, breakdown of
machinery, unclear network etc.
Any unclear/incorrect/incomplete SMS, including SMS with wrong
characters, incomplete information or not in line with these terms &
conditions (Terms and Conditions) shall be considered invalid entry and
deemed null and void.

5. Earning Points:
(a) The Participant shall earn following points for the correct answer to each Contest
Question. Every wrong answer will be given zero (0) points.

(b) Only those Participant(s) who send correct Entries within the Contest Period
(defined below) (Valid Entry) and earn equal to or more than one 800 (eight
hundred) points (Minimum Cut Off Points) and have registered on the
Website shall be eligible for redeeming the Prize after the last day of the Contest
Period. For sake of clarity, in order to be eligible for winning the Prize, the
Participant must earn at least 800 (eight hundred) points during the Contest Period.
(c) Only the first Entry sent by the Participant to a Contest Question will be
considered as his final answer. For sake of clarity, the first SMS sent to a
particular Contest Question contains the wrong answer, any subsequent SMS
containing the right answer to the same Contest Question shall not be considered.

subsidiaries and/or its agents shall not be responsible for any delay caused and or
for any loss of prizes during the delivery to the Prize winners beyond the period of
two (2) months. The Prize shall be delivered to the Prize winner by courier and
maximum two attempts will be made to deliver the Prize to the Prize winner. In
the event, of 2 consecutive unsuccessful delivery attempts, the Prize will be
retained by MSM at its office address mentioned in clause 7(p) below for a period
of fifteen days starting from the expiry of the two months period as aforesaid. For
sake of clarity, if the Prize winners are announced on 25th July, 2014, MSM shall
make two attempts to deliver the Prize to the Prizewinner within two months
period (i.e. upto 25th September, 2014), failing which the Prize will be retained by
MSM at its office in Mumbai for fifteen days i.e upto September 8th, 2014 within
which period the Prizewinner must collect the Prize. If a Prize winner fails to
collect the Prize from MSMs office within the stipulated period, the Prize shall
stand forfeited.
(e) Mere participation in the Contest, receiving SMS from MSM and earning points
does not entitle the Participant to be selected as a Prize winner
(f) The brand and/or company of the Prizes shall be chosen by MSM in its sole
discretion.
(g) The Prize can be claimed only by the Prizewinner so declared by MSM and is not
transferable, negotiable, assignable or exchangeable.
(h) MSM through its agents reserves its right to select and declare or not to declare the
Prize winner or change the number of Prizewinners to be selected in a particular
month in its Prizewinners own discretion. Decision of MSM and its Agents in this
regard is final and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.

Under no circumstance, unless due to wilful misconduct or gross
negligence, shall MSM and/or their directors, employees, officers, affiliates or
subsidiaries, be liable to the Participant and/or any third party for any lost profits
or lost opportunity, indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or punitive
damages whatsoever. The Participant specifically agrees not to file in
person/through any family member and/or any third party any applications,
criminal and/or civil proceedings in any courts or forum in India against MSM
their directors, employees, officers, affiliates or subsidiaries to claim any damages
or relief in connection with the Contest.
(n) By entering into the Contest, the Prizewinner/Participant waive all copyrights
including but not limited to Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and moral rights,
rights of publicity and any related rights and consents to MSMs right to use the
pictures/audio/video file/write up uploaded by the Participant(s) for the Contest ,
picture, tape or portray him/her as a Prizewinner, and to exhibit this material in
any and all media now existing or hereinafter created, including without limitation
television, film, radio and print media, without any compensation whatsoever for
advertising and publicity purposes, except where prohibited by law. The
Prizewinner(s) also consents to MSMs right to use his/her name, voice or
picture, or the content of his/her Contest Entry (collectively, the Publicity
Rights). MSM can allow to its agencies to exercise/exploit the Publicity Rights in
conjunction with MSM. MSM shall also be free to use any ideas, concepts, knowhow or techniques contained in the entries received for the Contest for any
purpose.
(o) MSM does not make any commitment, express or implied, to respond to any
feedback, suggestion and, or, queries of the Participants or furnish any reason or
explanation for inclusion and, or, exclusion of any particular submission of the
Entry of a Participant at any stage of the Contest.
