AsakeymemberofthefixedwirelessteamandoftheCOOasa
whole,theRF/TXPlannerfulfilsacriticalroleintheongoingdesign
anddeliveryofthefixedwirelessnetwork.

Thisteambuildstowardshavingcompleteoptimisationandcapacity
capabilitiesandacceptinganetworkensuringappropriatedesign,
changemanagement,governanceandadherencetoNBN
engineeringdesignstandardswhilefocusingontheoptimalcost
outcomesforNBN.

Therolerequirestheplannertohaveorganisational,interpersonal
andleadershipskills,aswellasthoroughknowledgeofthewireless
accessserviceandtheabilitytounderstandboththehighleveland
lowleveldetails.

Extensiveknowledgeofwirelessaccesstechnologiesandradio
propagationtechniques.Extensiveknowledgeintheareasof
Design,Capacity,OptimisationandPerformanceofwireless
networks.
Extensiveknowledgeofcommunicationsnetworkarchitecture
principlesandpracticestogetherwithsoundcommercialacumen.
5+yearstechnicalexperienceinplanninganddesignof
communicationsnetworks
Experienceinmanagementofcapital/operationalbudgets.
Soundprojectmanagementskillsandexperience.
Abilitytointeractwithmultipleinternalandexternalstakeholders
Abilitytosolvecomplexissues,clearlyidentifyingandarticulating
theproblem,identifyinginnovativeandcreativesolutions,and
providingthoroughanalysisandevaluationtoachieveabalance
betweennumerouscompetingcriteriasuchasoptimaldesign,
leadtimefordeployment,statutoryrequirements,ongoing
performanceofthenetworkandtheimpactonKPIs.
Extensiveexperienceinnetworkengineering,planningand
problemsolvingtomeetcommercial,technical,andstrategic
requirements.

andongoingdrugandalcoholtestingaswellasbackground
checks,whichmayincludeserviceandpayhistoryfromyour
previousemployment.
