Our Board
Ian Knight Director
BACHELOR OF BUSINESS; FCA; CPA; FAIM; MAICD.
With over 25 years experience in mergers and acquisitions, Ian has advised on more than 150 acquisitions, mergers and divestments with a
combined transaction value exceeding $5bn. For 23 years Ian was a lead corporate finance advisor at KPMG and a Partner in the firm for 17
years. Over this period he has held the roles of National Head of Mergers & Acquisitions and National Head of Private Equity.
Ians extensive experience in the finance sector has incorporated financial planning, superannuation administration, investment syndication,
insurance, banking, financial accounting and auditing. He has held a number of public company directorships including CEO of a listed financial
services company.
Ian is a Director of the Rockwell Group and sits on a range of boards, both private company and not-for-profit, including Alzheimers Australia
Victoria.

Adam Levine Director


LL.B ( HONS) AND B.EC (ACC), MONASH UNIVERSITY
An entrepreneurial lawyer and trusted advisor, Adam Levine was named one of the top 20 deal makers in Asia by ALB.
For more than 18 years Adam has been involved in creating, structuring and advising on mid-market private equity transactions, structured
equity/debt investments and mergers and acquisitions.
The board of Flinders Australia Limited benefits from Adams experience working for an international investment bank and as managing director
of a diversified group of family businesses based in Melbourne. Adam is the founder of the Rockwell Group and sits on a range of private
company and not for profit boards.

John Weekley Director


John has more than 25 years management and Board experience. As Managing Director and Chief Executive of the WorldMark Group of
Companies, John is the primary entrepreneurial driving force that has led the WorldMark group to deliver appreciable profit and growth over the
past 10 years.
John is also a Director of Rockwell Group and Chairman of Australian Stock Reported Limited. His entrepreneurial interests span the
automotive and financial service sectors.

Chris Guille Director


B. EC., MASTERS OF ECONOMICS AND DIPLOMA OF FINANCIAL PLANNING
Chris has more than 30 years experience in banking, trustee services and investment advice. He is a former CEO of two SA-based trustee
companies and worked for several years at the Reserve Bank of Australia. Chris brings his extensive knowledge and experience to current
work with charitable groups including several Aboriginal trusts.
As well as being a Director on the Flinders Board, Chris will be working with Flinders in an operational role, focusing on Charitable Trusts
both philanthropic Trusts and Trusts for Indigenous Australian communities.
Chris is a Director of National Seniors Australia Limited, Member of the Board of Governors of St Peters Girls in Adelaide and Previous
Executive Chairman of Flinders Trustees Limited.
