PUTRAJAYA: Beginning Saturday, passengers
on selected Malaysia Airlines flights can look
forward to enjoying dishes once favoured by
the countrys second prime minister, the late
Tun Abdul Razak Hussein.
The menu of Razaks favourite dishes are
made up of a combination of both eastern and
western culinary delights including fish asam
pedas, tomato rice with chicken kurma, chicken
kuzi and roast beef with black pepper sauce.
His favourite deserts, which included cream
caramel and butter pudding, would also be on
the menu.
Malaysia Airlines chairman Tan Sri Dr Munir
Majid said the introduction of the special
menu on selected flights for two months was a
tribute to the father of Prime Minister Datuk
Seri Mohd Najib Tun Razak. It was also organised in conjunction with Malaysias 52nd
Merdeka celebrations.
