mental status.
*Assess patient
response
if anticholinergics
are given.
*Assess
for tolerance over
long term therapy,
dosage may have
to be increased
or changed.
*Avoid activities
that require
alertness, may
cause dizziness,
drowsiness and
blurring of vision.
