There are two types of users on Dubai Trade portal; Entry and Approval.
Entry option is used only for data entry, and must be submitted to an approver
in order to submit to DMCCA.
Approval users may select the Approval menu choice and complete both the
form and the approval at the same time.

This service is used to apply for an employment visa for an employee or shareholder
whether they are inside the country or outside the country. An employment visa has
two parts: The Entry Permit and the Residence Visa (stamped on the passport).

ii.Indicate whether the person would need Visa Amendment. This is required
only if the person is already in the UAE and does not want to exit the country.
Choose No if the employee is outside the country, Choose Yes if the
employee is in the country on a canceled visa or visit visa. (Visa Amendment
cannot be selected for a person inside the country on a Tourist visa.)

Enter or Select required information in the following fields: Title, Given Name,
Last Name, Short Name (Enter First Name in this field if there is no Short Name
in the Passport), Sex, Place of Birth.

Enter Country of Birth by clicking on the magnifying glass icon next to the field
On the pop-up window Enter at least one full or partial search criteria. (Entering
Ind matches both India and Indonesia)

Enter Employees Date of Birth by clicking on the Calendar Icon next to the field
Select the month and year from the appropriate drop downs and finish the
selection by clicking on the day.

naturalization in another country. It is mandatory to indicate the current
nationality of the New Employee.

the Yes in the visa amendment selection, then it follows that the person is
inside the UAE.

Employment Visa Entry Permit (EVEP) Renew [3.19]
An Entry Permit is valid for 60 days for the person to enter the UAE. If the employee
fails to enter within 60 days, then the entry permit has to be renewed with DMCC. Use
this service to request the renewal of an Employment Entry Permit. You can renew
both permits a maximum of two times.

This is because the application for a new Company Employment Card (CEC) is

These are NOCs and Salary Letters that are available for DMCC companies
and employees which can be requested through the Dubai Trade Portal
Each request generates a Single Original Copy. If more than one original copy
is required, then select the letter type again and submit accordingly.
Inputs are mandatory for all Letters. They can be entered by clicking on the
'Inputs' corresponding for that Letter Type. Any correction in Input values shall
be saved and updated. only upon clicking "Submit for Approval" in the case of
Data Entry User and "Submit to DMCC" for Data Approving User without exiting
the particular request option.
