QADUCT, a UL 181 rated HDPE duct system, provides

homeowners and commercial building owners increased
energy efficiency and improved indoor air quality. The
unique seal of the QADUCT ductwork installs without the use
of special tools or messy sealants. It has also proven to be
100% leak resistant to 10 W.C. The QADUCT ductwork
plenum adapter allows the duct to be installed level with the
bottom of the high efficient air handlers. Pre-insulated in a
R8 sleeve, QADUCT System is virtually damage-proof. Holes
for take-offs can be drilled almost anywhere without the
concern of catching a seam or compromising duct strength.
And it installs in less time than most conventional duct
systems.

QADUCT can be installed in extreme heat or cold environments like attics,

crawl spaces or in condition air spaces (shown above without R-8 wrap and
left with). QADUCT is exceeds specifications to support A/C units between
SEER 10 to 16. In addition, QADUCT maximizes the performance efficient
of moisture removal systems.

LEED Qualified Quality Air Duct is an energy efficient, preinsulated duct system that is completely pre-engineered and
easy to install. QADUCT will improve indoor air quality, and it
conserves energy by being air-tight and thermally efficient.
QADUCT is manufactured with sustainability in mind, with up
to 100% recyclable HDPE (high density polyethylene)
composite material. It is of a light-weight construction with
natural FR (fire and smoke retardant) filler added to enable it
to pass the UL 181 regulations for above ground ductwork
applications. Additionally, QADUCT has zero VOC, is mold
and mildew resistant, will not rust, will not crack under
pressure and can be recycled.
