DEED OF CONVEYANCE AND WAIVER

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:


THAT I, EDNA ELLA EMPERIO HAYNE, of legal age, Filipino and with
postal address at National Highway, Alang-alang, Leyte, in consideration of the
judicial compromise agreement with motion to dismiss executed by the parties in
Civil Case No. 2007-02-12 before Regional Trial Court, Branch 34, Tacloban
City, entitled Heirs of the late Sps. Dioclesio & Felixberto Emperia v. Edna Ella E.
Hayne, and in Civil Case No. 2007-04-39 before Regional Trial Court, Branch
8, Tacloban City, entitled Heirs of the late Sps. Dioclesio & Felixberta Emperio v.
Edna Ella E. Hayne, both for Annulment/Cancellation of Documents/Papers, etc.,
Ownership and Damages, do hereby WAIVE, RENOUNCE and CONVEY, in a
manner absolute and irrevocable unto:
EVANGELINE E. APOLINARIO, of legal age, Filipino, widow and with
postal address at 20 Mabini St., Alang-alang, Leyte;
ERLINDA E. GAVERO, of legal age, Filipino, widow and with postal
address at 20 Mabini St., Alang-alang, Leyte;
DELIA A. EMPERIO, of legal age, Filipino, single, and with postal address
at 20 Mabini St., Alang-alang, Leyte; and
DIOANGEL A. EMPERIO, of legal age, Filipino, married and with postal
address at 20 Mabini St., Alang-alang, Leyte
--all my rights, interests and title in and to the share and participation which may
or might legally pertain to me through a private Deed of Absolute Sale of
House and Lot executed by Felixberta A. Emperio Jra. And Erna Sofia A.
Emperio sometime in 1993, pursuant to a Deed of Extrajudicial Settlement
recorded in Doc. No. 3198, Page No. 64, Book 18, s. 1991 of Notary Public
Generoso Casimpan, which is more particularly described as follows:
Lot 434, with residential house thereon, at Alang-alang,
Leyte, bearing TCT No. T-13904 issued by the Register of Deeds of
the Province of Leyte, registered in the name of Dioclesio Emperio
Lago, under Tax Declaration No. 02-02008-00028-R11.
Said Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-13904 describes aforesaid
property, to wit:
A parcel of land (Lot No. 434 of the Cadastral Survey of
Alang-alang) with the improvements thereon, situated in the
Municipality of Alangalang. Bounded on the NE, by Lot No. 435; on
the SE by the Mabini Street; on the SW by Lots Nos. 433 and 432;
and on the NW by Lot No. 432 x x x containing an area of 352
square meters more or less.
That, if and when necessary, to give full force and effect to my above
waiver of aforesaid rights, interests and title to said property, I further bind myself
to execute such other documents and legal papers as maybe required by the
existing law and regulations for the purpose.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT
