e, to be held in Colmar, Alsace, France. The deadline for paper submission is sc
heduled for March 3, 2015.
The purpose of the 12th International Conference on Informatics in Control, Auto
mation and Robotics (ICINCO) is to bring together researchers, engineers and pra
ctitioners interested in the application of informatics to Control, Automation a
nd Robotics. Four simultaneous tracks will be held, covering Intelligent Control
Systems, Optimization, Robotics, Automation, Signal Processing, Sensors, System
s Modelling and Control, and Industrial Engineering, Production and Management.
Informatics applications are pervasive in many areas of Control, Automation and
Robotics; This conference intends to emphasize this connection.
We would like to highlight the presence of Krzysztof Kozlowski, Poznan Universit
y of Technology, Poland as our first keynote lecture.
ICINCO is interested in promoting high quality research as it can be confirmed b
y last year acceptance rates, where from 301 submissions, 52% of which were oral
ly presented (20% as full papers).
Submitted papers will be subject to a double-blind review process. All accepted
papers will be published in the conference proceedings, under an ISBN reference,
on paper and on CD-ROM support.
A short list of presented papers will be selected so that revised and extended v
ersions of these papers will be published by Springer-Verlag in a LNEE Series bo
ok.
The proceedings will be submitted for indexation by Thomson Reuters Conference P
roceedings Citation Index (ISI), INSPEC, DBLP, EI (Elsevier Index) and Scopus.
All papers presented at the conference venue will be available at the SCITEPRESS
Digital Library (http://www.scitepress.org/DigitalLibrary/). SCITEPRESS is a me
mber of CrossRef (http://www.crossref.org/).
Best paper awards will be distributed during the conference closing session. Ple

ICINCO will also held a Doctoral Consortium on Informatics in Control, Automatio
n and Robotics intended to bring together Ph.D. students within these fields to
discuss their research in an international forum.
Workshops, Special sessions, Tutorials as well as Demonstrations dedicated to ot
her technical/scientific topics are also envisaged: companies interested in pres
enting their products/methodologies or researchers interested in holding a tutor
ial are invited to contact the conference secretariat. Workshop chairs and Speci
al Session chairs will benefit from logistics support and other types of support
, including secretariat and financial support, to facilitate the development of
a valid idea.
ICINCO 2015 will be held in conjunction with ICETE 2015 (http://www.icete.org/),
ICSOFT 2015 (http://www.icsoft.org/), SIMULTECH 2015 (http://www.simultech.org/
) and DATA 2015 (http://www.dataconference.org/) in Colmar, Alsace, France. Regi
stration to ICINCO will enable free attendance to any sessions of ICETE 2015, IC
SOFT 2015, SIMULTECH 2015 and DATA 2015 conferences as a non-speaker.
