The Skandi Santos is a subsea equipment support vessel (SESV), delivered to the owner DOF Subsea in mid-February 2010. The vessel is chartered by Aker Oilfield
Services to carry out deepwater installations for Petrobras off the coast of Brazil. The ship is full of our equipment to install wellheads and other gear s afely on the
seabed in depths down to 2 500 metres. Skandi Santos is replacing a rig carrying out well head installation operations, and has reduced installation time by 50%.
